Scott Hayes is an IBM DB2 Gold Consultant and IBM Champion, the curator and host of The DB2Night Show, a Db2 Performance blogger, a member of the IDUG Board of Directors, and a long-time IDUG “groupie”. IDUG Philadelphia 2018 will be the 30th IDUG North American Conference that Scott has attended. As President and Founder of DBI Software, Scott is involved in many aspects of product development, sales, and marketing. Scott’s mom’s mother’s parents (great grandparents) were from Poland, making Scott at least 25% Polish.
